Job Description of HR and Admin 01Post (Head Office)
- Support and work with HRM on recruitment & hiring process such as posting job announcement, dealwith recruitment channel, arrange schedule for interview with line manager and staffs’ home visit.
- Implementation on Company and HR policies, Internal Rule, procedure and guideline.
- Staff welfare: all leave recording, Medical claim, manage staffs Insurance cover of Group Accident and Group Health.
- Support and work with MOL for compliance processing.
- Support, manage and control purchasing office supply, equipment and others.
- Oversee the company’s environment clean and tidy.
- Administrative support to departments dealing with mailing and filing and purchasing.
- Manage, update and label fixed asset, key control and petty cash.
- Other tasks assign by HRM.
- Bachelor degree in Banking, Administration, Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years or 3 years experiences on Administration in Banking/MFI service development
- Knowledge Cambodian Labor laws
- English Communication Level
- Personality, Loyalty, Commitment, Proactive & professional responsibility
