Job Description of HR and Admin 01Post (Head Office)

  • Support and work with HRM on recruitment & hiring process such as posting job announcement, dealwith recruitment channel, arrange schedule for interview with line manager and staffs’ home visit.
  • Implementation on Company and HR policies, Internal Rule, procedure and guideline.
  • Staff welfare: all leave recording, Medical claim, manage staffs Insurance cover of Group Accident and Group Health.
  • Support and work with MOL for compliance processing.
  • Support, manage and control purchasing office supply, equipment and others.
  • Oversee the company’s environment clean and tidy.
  • Administrative support to departments dealing with mailing and filing and purchasing.
  • Manage, update and label fixed asset, key control and petty cash.
  • Other tasks assign by HRM.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Banking, Administration, Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years or 3 years experiences on Administration in Banking/MFI service development
  • Knowledge Cambodian Labor laws
  • English Communication Level
  • Personality, Loyalty, Commitment, Proactive & professional responsibility
